Construction Manager at Risk project includes new construction of an approximate 19,150 square foot, 3-story addition; 3,400 to 3,900 square foot expansion of the existing facility, as well as renovations to the existing facility. The primary addition includes three multipurpose meeting spaces at the main floor with offices at the lower and upper floors. There will also be office space expansions on the main and upper floors. Site work includes a new 70-space parking lot adjacent to existing lots, as well as necessary changes to support the
additions.
