Extensive renovations and remodeling of the Peoria Public Library, Main Street Branch existing facility included opening the building to allow more natural light penetration, relocating the main entrance to a new stair tower, and updating the facility to a more modern library system to carry them into the future. Design features include a new skylight and light well that extends between all four floors allowing light to reach the two basement levels.
