Collaborative efforts of both River City Construction and River City Design Group provided comprehensive Construction Management @ Risk and Architectural Design for seamless professional services for the expansion and renovation of Oak Grove School District #68 West. Project planning created a design and budget to provide for renovation and addition of existing Oak Grove West building for the purpose of consolidating all District’s K-8 students and staff into one building. New space includes secure entry and administrative space, 12 air-conditioned elementary classrooms, and multipurpose space for physical education and indoor recess.
