New state-of-the-art building includes flight operation/planning center, auditorium, high-end finishes, various training and shop departments and SCIF area. Extensive demolition, parking lot addition and geothermal well field were all part of site work package. Building was designed to attain LEED NC V2.2 Silver Certification.
