As of May 2017, River City Construction, LLC is transitioning to a new bid invitation process. We will begin using SmartBidNet to send out invitations and provide access to bidding documents. For a short time, we will continue posting bid documents on our site.

AFTER THIS BRIEF TRANSITION PERIOD, THE ACCESS OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS ON OUR SITE WILL BE DISCONTINUED.

If you have not already received a bid invitation or notice from us and would like one for a particular project, please do the following:

• 1) Email your company name, contact name and phone number, as well as the project you are interested in to bid@rccllc.com.
• 2) You will then receive an email invitation for that project with a link to our SmartBidNet system.
• 3) At that time, please take a moment to make sure your company and contact profile is up to date in our new system. If it is not accurate, please update your information.

If you are needing to update your company and/or contact information, please do the following:

• 1) Go to our Home page, click on Estimating and then click on Vendor Form.
• 2) Complete the brief Vendor Form and click Submit.
• 3) You will receive an email with a link to update your company profile.
